Job Description: Receives and enters customer orders and returns via telephone, fax and electronic data transmission. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who has a pleasant phone manner, excellent 10-key, computer, and MS Office skills. This position requires attention to detail and accuracy, above all else, the ability to multi task, work independently or with others as needed, and practice common sense in all areas of this position. Candidate must have Optical experience, a positive attitude, good communication skills and a desire to excel at helping customers. Some customer service experience required. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, detail oriented, and a team player. Must be able to handle a heavy work load, and all challenges that might arise. Excellent attendance and punctuality are a must!
The Customer Service Department operates
Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
But this position will need to be flexible form the hours of 6am to 5pm
