Confused BI Convex lens in new PAL designs???

Just wondering in all PAL designs are available in a BI-Convex lens design or am I limited with the newer PAL designs. Say a Physio 360 for example.

Here is the Rx I need to fill:
    +7.75-2.00x138
    +9.75-3.75x13
    +2.50 add.

Currently in Ess. Natural, 7BC, Bi-Convex.

Thanks in advance for everyones imput.

That must result in another wonder of the optical industry.

Bi convex = the worst optical lens combined with progressive curves and the highest possible distortion of a 2,50 add.................adding the narrowest intermediary and smallest possible reading area............plus the highest possible selling price.

The person buying this monster lens does probably not even remember how the world looks like, looking through a normal good quality lens. :hammer:

Why would you not put him in an 7-8 base 1.7 or 1.74 and call it a day?

Not with that much cyl, but I've surfaced a 1.67 ovation that came out really nice at +9.75. Why the heck do you want him in that crazy of a lens??????
