    Thx everyone…

    Been a less than stellar birthday weekend, but hopefully today will be better.

    I had immunizations done to prep me for a surgery on Wednesday and got a cellulites infection from it. Spent Friday night in the ER for six hours. Couldn’t move my arm at all and had a fever of 103.5

    Saturday and Sunday were better but my arm was stil very swollen. It’s quite a bit better but I need to go to the doctor to be evaluated today.

    Despite all that, I still kinda hope that Lisa’s contractions really kick into gear today. I’d love to share a birthday with our baby.

    So I was admitted to the hospital on my birthday. Spent Monday night and Tuesday night there. On IV antibiotics. Was released at 8 a.m. this morning and am now at work.

    This is one of the worst birthday weeks ever.

    1.Two nights in hospital - since you are soon to be a Dad, this is the most sleep you are going to see for quite awhile.
