Anyone want to be my online mentor

I have been in optics for 15 years but do not know the technical stuff master opticians know. I'm needing help on where to learn the more technical stuff. I passed the ABO but just memorized formulas and such and never really got it. I'm looking for online tools to teach myself the things any good optician should know that probably doesn't. Particularly, I know I need help understanding prisms, how to read them, how they work and how to detect them. I know optical basics but am looking for a real pro to step in and help me. Are you out there???

Yes I admit I am "that" optician that knows how to sell and knows what I "need" to know to squeak by but I'm trying to change that.

DFW, I am assumeing Dallas Fort Worth area, contact Sam Johnson at ROATx www.roatx.org they offer some really advanced level stuff out in TX I don't know how close you would be but it's worth looking.
