The ANSI Committee would like some help from the Optical Community. Below is a link to a zoomerang survey that we are asking you to spend 5 minutes to take.
By clicking on the address below, it will bring you to the zoomerang site on the internet. The survey asks questions about your best practices in the place where you work.
The survey itself is 100% confidential, meaning, that when you fill it out, there is no fingerprint as to who you are unless you specifically give us your name or contact information.
We will be using this information at our next Board Meeting and ask that you access and answer the survey by February 10, 2008.
