We are seeking an Anti-Reflective Coating Production Manager to join our leadership team located in Riverdale, Georgia. In this Key position, the Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Anti-Reflective Coating Lab processes including personnel and equipment performance.

Areas of responsibilities include:
· Evaluate equipment performance and process capabilities
· Manage assets and plan asset upgrades
· Manage workflow within the department.
· Manage staff and work assignments.
· Insure jobs are ready for production in a timely manner
· Proved training and coaching to subordinates
· Reinforce compliance to Car Zeiss Vision approved methods and quality standards.
· Drive improvement and self sufficiency within the department
· Identify key performance indicators.
· Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
· Requires a High School Diploma and/or technical degree/training (i.e. Electrical Engineering, Computer Technology) Formal training in an Ophthalmic Laboratory preferred.
· 5 years experience within an Anti-Reflective Coating or Thin FilmCoating environment including operation of pre-wash, degas machines, loading collets, hydrophobic coating processes and foundation coatings.
· Experience performing hands on work in an ophthalmic laboratory or thin film deposition production environment demonstrating technical know-how in machine maintenance and calibration.
· Experience in lab management systems such as DVI.
· Previous supervisory or production lead experience preferred.
· Outstanding people skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Effective communication, computer and mechanical skills, detail oriented.
