I have been a client of My Vision Express for over 2 years and overall the service has been very good. Today it was excellent; they have an on-line forum for users and I sent in a bug that occured with the new software update.
I received a phone call from Hanshi and he went in my system via the internet and saw what I explaining; this did not happen on his system. After a few hours in my database, he solved a problem we had been living with for over 6 months. We also reviewed a few other items that could be modified for my stores and the good of all users in the future.

I just wanted to send a positive message on service; it is very rare to have expectations exceeded and today it occured with Hanshi at My Vision Express.

The software is very complete and we run 3 locations off a server with great speed. The system is very stable and we have never had to use our daily backup; but we do it anyway.
