    May i know what is the correct process for the full AR Coating process?
    This is the process that what i am running now;

    1) Precleaning by Aceton
    * is it need to clean 2 time in the precleaning process? ( clean by aceton --> ultrasonic clean --> clean by aceton again)
    2) Detergent unit with 10% detergent
    3) Ultrasonic Machine with detergent and DI water
    4) Oven curing 30minute
    5) Flow Box 15minute for cooling before hard coat
    6) Dipping Hard Coat + precuring 68'C 4minute
    7) Curing in Oven 3 hours 90'C
    * is it need to be clean by Aceton + DI water in ultrasonic before coating AR? *

    8) AR Coating

    Blue Jumper static charge..................

    cleaning with acetone will make the lens attract dust and easier charge by static electricity through rubbing. Look up my website at http://optochemicals.com for more ideas on the subject.
