:drop: One of the budget type optical stores in my area has come up with a solution to keep down the cost of eyeglasses. All their customers get a cardboard eyeglass case. thats right cardboard, however they can purchase a real case.

Maybe they can start using Ziplock bags soon. Do they also charge for them to get their glasses cleaned when they pick them up?
No way, Ryan...I'm bettin' that ziplock bag costs more than the cardboard box.

That reminded me of the time my brother bought his first sailboat. At the time they were running about $1000.00 per foot in length, so David figured the 25 footer was what he could afford. Just before closing the deal, the salesman asked if he wanted to add sails and lines to the package! :drop:
Hey Folks,

Factory eyeglass outlet does this for a number of years in NY
29.99sv and 49.99 ft28 thats what they charge
BTW They do terrible jobs
Gotta give them credit for trying something new. At Sungalls Hut?Eye-X we presented glasses on velvet with accessories. I hated doing it, but we sold a hell of lot of accessories.
Maybe they should also include a energy surcharge to the customers bill for running the A\C when it's hot also. That is if they run it at all.
