    ? Trivex polarized lens ?

    hi

    I'm a newbie and in the market for new glasses ( shoulda bought 3 pairs of my last ones Brook Bros BB 106 1006)

    Is there such a thing as a single vision polarized lens ?

    Trivex polarized - When ?

    Why isn't it available ? Any announcements on upcoming release ?

    PPG bought a polarizing film company a couple of years ago.

    I would ask them directly , but no functioning link to a contact from their website.

    I was at a . . . .

    Hoya presentation and the rep said they were working on it. No release date or even a good guess right now. It'd be a cool lens to have though.
