Hello, hopefully someone can help, sorry if this is the wrong board but I can't post anywhere else!
I'm trying to develop exercises to help strengthen the levator palpebrae muscle in the upper eyelid, as a possible method to avoid surgery because i hate the thought of it. Does anyone know which type of gaze (an upward of downward one) would result in the greatest number of motor units recruited during a contraction of the levator palpebrae muscle?
Thanks!
