A conversation about this came up at a meeting this week. I'm wondering what the policy is regarding Luxottica products defects? How long to exchange?

Lux will warranty their frames for 2 years... of course most styles have long since passed on in that time frame..
They will take back any frame in new condition in 3-4 months w/o specific reason.
Reps can exchange product (discontinueds, dogs) for equivalent product. Not necessarily same brand. I once exchanged several Versace for 2 Anne Klein to keep dollar amounts even.

Do you mean the deeda is really "retired"? At least the 60 eye carlos on my board is still current.of course most styles have long since passed on in that time frame..
Deeda I think has.. Rita is still available.. Sferoflex and Lux core have some good ole models that seem to be there forever.. but in their "Fashion" lines... its a revolving door...

Ronor (formally Nordic) has one frame called the Titan Flex. Goes back to the beginning of time, is a double bridge frame that I think ranges from a 54 to a 62 eye size. For years I have tried to take it out of my store, but I have given up. There are old men that want something that big, and they smile when I show them the frame. Sell it every month now.
LOL! I have a Stanley, do you think they'd trade that out for me? I have a colleague who just opened an account with Lux and they were very squirrelly with her about returns and exchanges. So strict in fact that I'm surprised she opened the account at all...I would have been scared away...
I have not opened an account for my store with Luxottica because my experiences with them while I worked a job at a place where we sold their frames were so bad.
