I have worked with Charisse and she tried to help me find a position in DFW. It is a little hard to get what I need in this area (Texas). Certification is not required. She was very helpful when we were working together for the opportunity. She has been in the optical business for years. I did wonder if I could have gotten the same position on my own, like if their fees had anything to do with me not getting that position.

Wave a few notes from i matters

Hey there...!!My name is Sheila, I am an Assistant Recruiter here at i matters! I saw your postings and wanted to write in to share a few thoughts..
Having come from the same industry as all of you.. and now having worked at i matters for quite some time now.. I could confirm the following:
first... we get you in front of the line! Some of our clients don't even bother looking at other applicants, because we do our job right, and that is present them the people that match the skill sets and qualifications they are looking for. So our people get seen first!
    :p
second... as your recruiter, we advocate for you! we make sure our clients hear all those wonderful things you just wish you would have said in your interview! we highlight your skills and qualities.. we really do want to find you a great job!
    :D
third... it has been proven that on average, by working with a recruiter, you will receive about 30% over your previous salary and what you could have arranged on your own.
 fourth... we tell you the when’s, the what’s, the type of practice and benefits before you decide to release your confidential information!

for some more great reasons. .. feel free to contact us!

Hey JJ, we are so sorry if there was a glitch in our system... could you call us at 407.628.8377!
There are always reasons that one is not accepted for a position,
from availability of qualified jobs, the skill sets listed, $$ asked, area that you are willing to travel, as well as acceptability of the candidate. yet, if you could contact us, we can address your particular situation off list.

    thanks for the feedback! :)

    imatters,
I have heard all of this before. Several times, to be exact! Sorry, due to past experience, I find it very difficult to have any confidence in your services!
