Does anyone from Houston, Tx file Medicare DME through EYEFINITY?
My office is Medicare Jurisdiction C.

Question: Does filing online pretty much gurantee payment? If you do use Eyefinity do you like it?

PS: Slowly but surely im getting my optical running smoothly. thanks to everyones help.

Although I'm not from Houston, we use Eyefinity in our office. I like it much better than paper claims, but I don't know if it is any better or worse than other electronic methods. I think they charge $0.49 per claim. The only way to guarantee payment is to know proper billing procedures.

I'm in Region C for DMERC filing. Filing through eyefinity doesn't guarantee payments, but it's a heck of a lot faster/cheaper than paper filing. We file everything through eyefinity. You'll still get remittances/EOB's as if you were filing claims by paper. The only difference is that you get paid 2wks faster.

fyi... CMS just changed up Region B and C. WV and VA were moved to region C from B.
