    Has justice been served ..?

Judge rules in favor of dry cleaners in D.C.'s celebrated $54 million missing pants lawsuit ...

Talk about a no-brainer ... I wonder if the immigrant family that owns the dry cleaners will be able to recover what must be a considerable bill for lawyer's fees incurred over the years in defending against the suit.

Few stories get me as irritated as this one did. I just heard on the radio he is responsible for their court costs, but it was to be decided later if he would owe any of their lawyer's fees.

    Frivolous lawsuit

What a joke of the judicial system. Talk about wasting time, trying to get something for nothing. This is a case where the defendants should be compensated for business loss as well as ALL legal fees.

    Just my opinion.

I am not one of those people who think that our judicial system is teetering on chaos due to the excesses of litigation to redress injury, but COME ON!!!! There should be some sort of penalty for filing this sort of ridiculous suit.
