Hand Edger

Hi,

I just went to use my hand-edger and the power won't come on. Yesterday it worked fine but now I'm sunk (actually I have a spare one but it is huge and weighs about 65lbs).

Any clues about what might be wrong with it? I haven't gotten to take things apart yet so I don't know what I will find in there. :hammer:

Any suggestions????

Before taking anything apart always check that a breaker hasn't been tripped, a plug fell out, or a fuse hasn't been blown.

Ok, now to the nitty gritty, I start at the plug with a voltimeter and work my way through the equipment, never fails.

Yeah, check the breaker first, then the plug,then the switch. If all that's good, it might be your capacitor.
