    Palmetto GBA

    I've been receiving a few 'not forwardable' letter returns from the post office, does anyone know if I should be sending in the claims to another address? I'm in Florida and send them to

    I'm thinking you need their Surfside Beach address. We had to change that in our software at some point last year as well.

    after spending too much time on the palmetto website I thought I'd take the easy way out.


    How long can a post cataract patient wait to use their eyeglass benefit

    As far as I know you can purchase the glasses years later as long as you file within 6 months of purchase date.

    BTW, thier new adress for paper claims is
