    Vera Wang + $9.00 cloths

 Five peice sunglass order from Vera Wang came with a $9.00 charge for each cleaning cloth. Bookkeeping says it was sent in error and will issue a credit. They also charge you $3.00 for any returned/exchanged frames that are returned without a cloth.

    Now go check your invoices

Never have been charged for the cloths and we keep them in the cases so little chance of returning without them. How do they figure that tiny square of cloth costs 9.00? Not even worth 3.00. More like .99 and should be built into the cost of the frame.

Oh yeah! It's built in allright! But if your paying for pseudo designers like those, you should be used to overpaying.

(Not meant as an insult, just MHO...)

I overpay because that is what the customer wants to buy right now. They are priced accordingly and the profit is there. Really, she should just stick to wedding dresses.
