Thank you for the well wishes, hope all is well. Things are going well for me here in Ireland, I'm in my third year of Biomedical engineering, I was working for eight months with Boston Scientific in their CRM division here in Ireland and am going back for a further four months come summer time. Its great experience, a shame I wont make it back stateside though.

I have become more of a reader on optiboard in later days but still like to check in and see whats new, good to see some of the old posters!:)

Happy belated Birthday Ian, sorry I missed it but will explain in PM. For those of you who haven't met Ian I am including some photos taken in Feburary at our annual pilgrimage to Burke Mountain in Vermont. By a fortuitous set of circumstances, Ian was able to join us. He flew from Ireland to Boson and bussed to Littleton NH where we picked him up and had him in bed by midnight. All in one day. The next day he went skiing! These were photos taken on that day.....Bear in mind the temperature in Ireland rarely drops below 40 degreesF. He was out in -12F 2 days after arriving.
First photo was inside....nice and warm!
Second photo was actually skiing (for the first time) Please take note of the relaxed posture, and devil may care body language!
Third photo is proof that he actually made it down the mountain without harming either himself or another skier!
Forth photo shows what he looks like. Entitled a thorn between 2 roses.......My son in law on the left and me on the right, looking for something else to eat.
