What rx would you recommend to stop using Silhoulette rimless?
    I have a pt with -12 +125 x110 and wants them.
How thick would the edges be?

A measurement and ED very important

As with any high minus the size of the A measurement is going to have a significant impact on edge thickness. Essilor should be able to tell you what the edge thickness will be based on the A, B and ED.

I would not suggested silhouette frame for progressive lens because it

is too fragile and soft and easy to deform. Especially the TMA series

because it will flip around from side to side. For those people with narrow

pd, small head it is totally no good. For people with big head, wide pd it is

ok. If pt still looking for rimless progressive, I usually suggested LINDBERG

frame because they are durable strong and light weight. Also can solve

the problems of narrow pd and they are good looking on the face.

How thick they would be depends on the shape and size of the lens and the Pd of the patient. However, I don't think they would look very good even with a wide pd and a small oval/round shape.
