Thumbs up How's that feedback coming along?

Their were a few of you that received sample Superfin 1.523nd lenses.
So that you could cut them up and give feedback.
Inquiring minds want to know what the "guru's" think.

Sorry that it took so long but I am still interested in what you think about the lens.

If I am a guru.......................I can't think, because I don't know what you are talking about.
You should have sent the lens to every Optiboard member, to get a good response.

That might not have been a bad idea but that does not mean that I would have gotten more or less feedback. Let' see how this round goes.

Are you implying that you would've liked the chance to try some out as well.

    Good deal

I am glad that you liked them. Is there any thing that you were not so thrilled about?

    I appreciate your feedback

I am very pleased. I have not edged and mounted to a frame yet. I like the hardcoat, seems very durable.

My only concern is availability. I have talked to a few labs who can not or will not get the Indo product.

    Thanks again for the generosity.

    That's fair enough

    Fezz,

Quick question, your concern is availability but do you mean range or quantities or what? Please tell me more?

    If you do not mind

Just in actually getting the product. As in the labs don't carry it or are not going to inventory it.

I too would like to know the range of availability, finished and semifinished. This is a nice material and I may stock some IF I can get adequate supplies. A price list would also be nice.

    Well Fezz,

Stock lenses you can purchase direct from our facility in Chicago. It is available in a variety or coatings and treatments.

As for semi-finished single vision, PALs etc. We already have a network of labs that are distributing Superfin of which I could get semi-finished product to you in a timely fashion. Unless you have surfacing capabilities.

I will e-mail those things to you today. Are you a retail location or a lab?

Which products would you be most interested in?
    Finished Single-Vision
    Superfin w/tintable scratch coat
    Superfin non-tintable w/scratch coat
    Superfin Indosol w/SC (pre-tinted)
    Natural Superfin AR coated w/SC
    Superfin Indochromic w/SC (photo chromic)
    Natural Ultrafin AR coated w/SC
Ultrafin 1.6 w/non tintable scratch coat all of which are available in stock.

Assuming that you will have surfacing capabilities here are the Semi-finished products.

    Semi-Finished Single Vision
    SFSV Superfin w/tintable scratch coat
    SFSV Superfin Indochromic w/SC
    SFSV Ultrafin w/non-tintable scratch coat

    PALs
    Admira Superfin 20mm w/SC
    Admira Superfin photo chromic w/SC
    Micra Superfin 16mm w/SC

Please let me know so that I can get that information to you.
    ;)

Actually, I need it for all single vision finished and semi-finished. How about the HiFin1.7 that is on the website?? I would use this instead of Hoya's product if avaiable. I am a wholesale lab..

I noticed that my supplier, Lenstock.com, doesn't have the Indo lenses listed anymore. I like the IndoSol (pretinted) stock lenses. OK for grooves, UV protection, perfect tint. But I didn't use many because people want those wrap suns w/ high BCs, and/or polarized.
