it's absolutely criminal what they have done to him...no matter what or if he was guilty of anything, they have left him a broken shell of a man....hardly capable of being called human anymore.

and by that very definition they are committing high crimes and misdemeanors, since the oath the president swears to uphold is just one thing...

to defend the constitution. not defend the people, not defend the land, but defend the constitution.

The oath the armed forces takes is to defend the Constitution also. Of course the Constitutution (as written anyway, not perhaps as interpreted) is what protects the citizen.
