it's absolutely criminal what they have done to him...no matter what or if he was guilty of anything, they have left him a broken shell of a man....hardly capable of being called human anymore.

Rights? Who has any rights that are not able to be taken away by this administration?
I just wonder why the Bush administration hates the Constitution so much? All they seem to want to do is circumvent it for their own convenience.

The oath the armed forces takes is to defend the Constitution also. Of course the Constitutution (as written anyway, not perhaps as interpreted) is what protects the citizen.
