    OK, these handtools hail from the never ending lot of government optical surplus that I purchased. Many have looked and quite a few have purchased.     Harbor Freight has lots of low priced tools. Automotive, jewelers, a few surgical and lots knick nacks. Also metal, lathes, welding equipment and stuff like that. Diamond tweesers, burrs, cutting blades, hydrolic lifts, etc. Some dental stuff applicable to the office. Of course we actually have one of these in town and I can go by and shop. Once you buy something they send you sale notices on line and a sale catalouge about once a month.
    Other companies like U.S. tool, have similar stuff. Not to mention Micro-Mark has lots of stuff that can be used on optical tools.
