We use OfficeMate/ExamWriter--very happy with the system.
Pros- too many to list.
Cons-not many if you spend the time upfront to match the software to your office. Also will probably require some $$$ upfront for the computer network. When your entire office depends on the computer network, it better be rock solid. We rebooted our server for the only third time in 18mo today (problem with print server).

2nd...very good system..proven, and not blatently being advertised on a public forum...very good security also..it offers a login ID and password for each user, and automatically puts their name to the fee slips...great software!!

There are more cons related to its cost. So just go through it once and ensure yourself before having it.
