OPTICAL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS REACH FOR THE STARS
WITH iPORT MEDIA AND CARL ZEISS VISION REWARDS PROGRAM

CHICAGO, IL – February 26, 2007 - iPORT Media, the eye care industry's first and only private broadcast network that delivers fully customizable education, training and entertainment directly to optical patients and staff and Carl Zeiss Vision have launched Eye Talk®, a program for participating optical healthcare providers.

Exclusive to participants in the Carl Zeiss Vision Rewards Program, Eye Talk® casts each new iPORT subscriber as the star of two customized patient education videos. Participants select from a variety of patient-relevant eye care topics for the first video and produce another spot that details the advantages of Carl Zeiss Vision products. Personalized scripts include: “The Importance of Annual Check-ups”, “Patient Appreciation Communications”, “Vision Therapy”, “Benefits of Quality Sun Wear” and “Your Optical Dispensary”.

Early adopter participants will be filmed by a professional production company this March at Vision East and additional sessions will be scheduled throughout the year in cities where Carl Zeiss Vision maintains laboratories.

“Over the last year, iPORT has assembled and created the industry’s largest practice building content library”, says Howard Weiner, Chief Operating Officer of iPORT Media. “It is part of our on-going commitment to provide meaningful business enhancement opportunities and services to vendors and subscribers by creating relevant, informative, educational connections between doctor and patient. EyeTalk puts doctors squarely at the center of determining the best and most effective content for their patients and delivering those messages in an appropriate environment. We are pleased to partner with Carl Zeiss Vision, one of the world’s premier providers of optics, to further enhance and grow the dialog and trust in that relationship”.

“The Carl Zeiss Vision Rewards Program helps eye care professionals grow their practices by using premium Carl Zeiss Vision lens products,” said Steve Mitrakos, Carl Zeiss Vision’s Vice President, Marketing and Strategy. “Our partnership with iPORT Media is part of our continuing effort to bring the best in practice-building products and services to program participants. We look forward to working with iPORT to provide meaningful education to eye care professionals.”
