Digital Signage for Eye Care Professionals

Hello,

I am considering adding in office digital signs for our waiting area. What are some of your experiences with this technology? Who do you recommend? What is the approx. cost for these screens and who offers multimedia for ECPs? We'd like to be able to customize our broadcast to promote the products we offer while keeping away from marketing information that does not pertain to eye care. I understand the advantages of digital signage focused on eye care but are there any pitfalls?

Have you considered using Moviemaker software? You can customize your messages/pictures/videos and even have background music if you wish. I know of offices that use the 3D Eye Office software in conjunction with the Moviemaker program to create some really neat waiting room messages. You could run these videos anywhere you have a computer. The monitor or output would be your choice. I have seen anywhere from 23" to 42" monitors in offices. Good luck!
