Which Instrument?

I found Coreys post regarding our sports endeavors quite interesting and thought we could expand on our hidden talents a little further.

Perhaps we could identify enough musical talent to put an optiboard band together somewhere & sometime. I'm interested in what musical instruments other optiboarders play.

I'll start off:
My mother made me take paino lessons what seemed to be most of my childhood life. I despised it then but now realize it was a gateway to discovering other instruments which I now casually play. These are a guitar, mandolin, and harmonica.

Welcome to the Optiboard Roseanne.........I am trying to learn the piano (self taught) but since the puter came into my life, not much to practice those scales.

I might still be able to play the piano I am not sure. My piano teacher always told us if you still remember the scales you can still remember how to play. I HATED it. I wanted a guitar not a piano. Did my parents listen??? NO!! Was very unhappy with it. I wanted to be a rock star not Liberace. Oh well now I wished I took it more seriously.
