TPA or Non-TPA certified O.D. needed for office beside an optical shop.

This is a very unique opportunity for the prospective doctor. I will elaborate more if interested.

The doctor's office (w/separate door) includes the following:

• Optometric Assistant (provided by the optical store) to assist in scheduling, pretesting, contact lens I/R and patient billing.
• Front reception area and desk.
• Pretest area
• I/R contact lens area with table, sink, cabinets and ample room for trial lenses
• 2 Examination rooms, 1 equipped with complete lane
• Private office for doctor or could be used as a second examination room
• Public and private restrooms
• Back door parking
