    Test and support Gerber Coburn’s complete line of laboratory equipment. As an integral part of our Engineering team, you will contribute to new innovations, and testing of our current equipment. This is a great opportunity for a smart and driven Ophthalmic Lab Technician to make a real impact and get noticed!

    RESPONSIBLITES:

    Perform laboratory testing and analysis in support of Engineering. Including: equipment testing, raw material testing, running jobs, making sample lenses, and documentation of tests. Maintain laboratory equipment as well.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Successful applicants will have a high school or technical school diploma and at least 2 years of lab experience, preferably in the ophthalmic industry. Must have basic lab maintenance experience along with strong mechanical aptitude. This position will require you to run various types of lab equipment. This is a hands-on position.
