8 Base Plano Poly Transition

I was wondering if an 8 Base Plano Poly Transition is available. I have an account that uses this lens in a wrap for motorcycling enthusiasts. The account sells many of these at Harley "gatherings".

I believe that you can at least have it surfaced, but I don't think they have that as a stock lens.
