The last instance I had from them gave me a promise date in September.As it happens, they didn't meet it, but provided me with one in early October. It arrived in early October. Since the person on the phone has no control of the actual delivery I couldn't fault them. Stuff happens (I once read on a bumper sticker) fortunately it is the exception rather than the rule.For the most part, I think customer service at Lux, is on the ball. I also understand the frustration of back orders, but that's a forecasting problem, and every company has those.
