I can't tell you who was in the office for privacy reasons....but we are in the "Celebrity capital" and it was fun today to be in that place.

My biggest spending patient came in today to pick up his 11th and final pair that he ordered!!!! Once a year he comes in and its always new lenses and new complete pairs. He is an international business man who is turning his time and money into some really neat philanthropic ventures in Africa, and various other areas. Smart, interesting, and very wealthy. And, one of the nicest patients that I have ever had the honor to work with. Most of the "Big Money Folk" in my area are just _________(fill in the blank). Needless to say, our December deposits are looking fantastic now!!!

Hey G,

If you don't mind me asking where do you work in Beverly Hills. We might have met. I (when I was a rep) would frequent the area and had many accounts there as well as the Wishire district, Brentwood etc... Where is your store?

I had one account that needed a frame desperately from our Michael Kors collection (when christian roth designed the collection for charmant) for one of her (ahem) most important clients who is named for a certain city in France. Oh that was to easy, but there is no HIPPA question here. it was a sunglass strictly for fashion. I was able to save the day and get her 2 pieces of a particular frame that was just beautiful (I think Marchon copied it after the first Kors release didn't do great), and made my client happy. That was all that mattered to me.

But once at rodeo and wilshire I saw a woman wearing a cardboard box walking down the street. God bless CA!

No worries. I am not a rep anymore, just talking. I probably haven't met you anyways. I dealt with the Devante's and OFC's of the area primarily. But I might have cold called you at one time. You would have remembered me as the "non-pushy" rep guy. :cheers:

Yes PB! I didn't spend too much time there (accept on weekends) but my home is on the Chula Vista/Bonita border. I love SanDiego and So CA and miss it quite a bit. I didn't realize how much it feels like home until I left. But 7 more months and I am right back there.
