This seems years old but I just discovered some people still don't use gmail.
Apparently you still need an invite.
I've got a couple hundred.
Let me know if you want one

ya, I have a few invites too.
I still pretty much use my hotmail, even though I have two gmail accounts.
Is hotmail keeping up? I now have almost 3 gigs storage and have pushed the 12 meg transfer limit. Never used hotmail.
anyone tried gmail for their mobile phone yet? i noticed they have that now. i'm thinking of going cingular but didn't know how much data it had to download to get access. cingular charges per kb.
Ditto that....Gmail is da bomb....Can't stand hotmail...it jams up my wife's computer too. Gmail is fast, huge and easy.

I'm using Gmail for mobile. It's a Java applet that resides on your phone. Because it is a phone-centric device, it works better if you have a physical rather than a software keypad. In addition, you cannot label conversations as you could on the desktop version. However, it does present the conversations in a better manner than the older mGmail. What I do now is to log on with the Gmail mobile with one account and use the old fashioned Gmail with the other account.
