Optical Lab For Sale

We are a liquidating company in Idaho. We recently received a lot that is an entire optical lab from the U.S. Navy. Everything is NEW and UNUSED, still in the factory boxes. Nearly 20,000 lenses (glass & plastic--bifocals included), thousands of frames (including 600 A/O and Randolph Eng. Aviators--matte chrome), 20,000 leather cases, 2 Coburn/Rocket polishing units, BPI lens coloring system, impact testers, hydraulic presses, edgers, oak racks with trays, towels, boxes, and so much more. This lot originally cost over $4.9 million dollars. We are looking at selling this for pennies on the dollar. We are selling the ENTIRE LOT--AS ONE LOT for 1 1/2 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR ($73,500). Take what you need, ...sell what you don't (at a PROFIT!). Or use as an optical lab for missionaries in third world countries.

Is it safe to assume that you only want to sell it as one lot?

We would prefer to sell it as one lot; however, we would consider braking it up.

Dude(s)! You missed it ! OptiJim bought it and resold most of it. He's probably got a few pieces around that he'd be willing to part with though...

You are absolutly correct. But......that same poster asked me about the equipment a while ago and never responded. I also get a little nervous when I hear a client in "Africa" wants some equipment. :hammer:
