I would like to know if anyone has any particular advice for prescribing Gradal RD lenses for patients who sit either further or closer from their computers. We have a large number of patients who claim that they sit at least 2-3 feet from their computers. We also have patients who sit 1.5 feet away. Would you adjust the prescription in any way? Or would you just measure the distance and near refraction and order the lenses in the same way? We like gradal RD as opposed to Sola Access because many of our patients need to ambulate around the office and the RD lens is designed to provide no more than +0.50 at the top of the lens.
