I can remember when I worked at Modern Optics in the '60's the great discounter in Dallas bought our rejects and sold them as seconds to large chain retailers to sell as firsts.

I refurbish and resell Optical equipment. On our patternless systems I run about 150 lens calibrations and tests per machine sold. As you can imagine we burn through about 2000 lenses a month. We have always had good suppliers but lately my cr39 has been running low. I dont want to take a chance on running out so I am looking for other sources.
If you save your cr39 uncut finished defects or breakages, We will buy them from you. In the link below you can see some of the edgers we refurbish.
