    Versace is selling well here......

I have a modest collection, mostly core product like Guess, Ted Baker, Elle, Vogue, Luxottica, Tommy Hillfiger etc. I wanted to try something a little more modern and higher end. I put 20 pieces of Versace and they are selling themselves. I have an older patient base so I dont want to go overboard with style. They are willing to pay a little more for a reputable name. What is your best selling line?? Does anyone have a certain frame that they sell like crazy???????

I couldn't get enough of this product, so much fun to sell and amazing quality for the price. This line brought me so many "word of mouth" referrals..

Oliver Peoples and Prada are the big ones here that sell themselves.

For me, personally I can't keep Pro Design on the shelf.

And for our sunwear, Mosley Tribes has been excellent.

    That Scandanavian eyewear looks great.

Well, I dunno about Cleveland, or BC or even Beverly hills, but I doubt Versace would sell as well out here in a medium sized suburb of Indianapolis, IN. We are currently trying to sell the Fendi line here to our "upper clientele" so to say, who may have the means and be more trendy, but it's just not selling as we'd hoped. We may be somewhat close to Indy, but we're more close to those cornfields! LOL.
Our best sellers seem to be moderately priced lines like Tommy Hilfigers, Candie's, Marchon's Flexon line and yet of course the #1 seller nationwide, the Silhouette Minimal arts, which still does great even at the higher cost (the quality cant be beat).

Versace wouldn't move in our office and we're BH. It's OK in West Hollywood (another shop I work in).

Honestly I think Versace is more suited to middle america. Versace is pretty moderately priced, IMHO.

Our big lines are Oliver Peoples and Prada, but we also recently brought in John Varvatos and Carolina Herrera and they are doing VERY well. Pro Design is still good for us, but less so since I'm not on the floor as much these days.

Lesser players, but still big are Gucci,

Our top sellers are usually Gucci, Versace, and Armani (both Giorgio and Emporium). Guess is also a good seller for the lower end.

The big brand names like Gucci, Versace, and Armani usually sell themself because people are so familiar with the brand names.

We also carry Prada, Dolce Gabanna ( very good seller also), Fendi, Ted Baker, Vera Wang, Celine Dion, Charmant, Luxottica, Christian Dior, Calvin Klein, CK, Versus, Kate Spade, Nine West, Geoffrey Beene, Lacoste, Flexon, Nike, Ray Ban, Michael Kors, Carrera, D&G, Guess, Marchon, Valentino, DKNY, and a few more I can't think of.

Our selection is big, but the big sellers like Versace tend to go very well for mature ladies who need Progressive/Bifocals.
