We are using prism thinning in our lab for the first time!!! I just wanted to make sure all our ducks are in a row....Loncoa for your info I have been in the optical business for 21 yrs now!! I trymy hardest to give the highest quality eywear to my patients that are correct!!!

Sorry, my bad. Thickness reduction prism is base down and usually 60% of the add. Our software only adds it if there is a net value (combined) of at least +1.00 D. I'm quite surprised that this is the first time you're using it. I'll use that as my excuse for my ignorance, if you'll let me.
