How long does it usually take to get your certificate after you found out that you passed the abo? It's been close to 7 weeks since i recieved my test results.
Also I was just wandering how much of a raise everyone got when they passed there test. I am in a non-licensed state. I only got a 25 cent raise for it. Most places wont pay more if you are certified. I honestly think the places around here want to hire college students with no experince so the can pay the 5.50 or 6.00 dollars an hour. I think its outrageous that people would prefer to have incompetent people working for them, then to have to pay more. But then again I do live Alabama what can I expect.

If your state requires the registration of barbers and hairdressers, I would seriously consider a move towoard registration in your state. It is a mystery to me why it has not been done in all the other unlicensed states.By the way, congratulations on taking the FIRST stap.
