Perhaps, if you were more interested in following protocol and less interested in calling names, you could report the offending post in question, proper action could be taken. Do you think that calling someone a Jerk makes you look better?

Chill out Bill. Two things. If you look at 66's post, you will see that you have provided the desired effect. Second, how can contacts be any cheaper than they are now?
