This is a great business and the growth here could be fantastic. I only work it 3.5 days a week and the doc works 1 day a week. He works 2 other locations and has no desire to own a retail shop.

If you are an optician the doc lives 5 miles away and will stay.
I can probably get almost that much having a going out of business sale for 3 months.

Try to contact the Virginia Optometric Association. They may have an opportunity site for buyers and sellers of practices in your state. I located my first practice 33 years ago in Pa. by this method. Good luck Walter
