Vision Expo East

I'm just wondering if anyone out there is interested in having a little informal gathering at the expo? I saw that some of you got together at the one in Las Vegas. I think we should do it after the show on either Friday or Saturday night, this way we can have a few drinks, have some food??? Anybody else like this idea??

Well, I suggest Hard Rock....I went there last year and had a blast! Any other suggestions?

I'll be at the Vision Expo East with Crystal Practice Management exhibiting at booth 4133. They have the exhibitors on a tight schedule, but please stop by the booth and introduce yourself.

I question the meeting place being the Hard Rock since a few years ago someone suggested meeting there and the level of the music is so loud that it is difficult to hear one person much less a meeting as a group.

I would first figure out how many reply to being able to meet. With many meetings customers etc. scheduling is very difficult. It might be easier to meet in a room during the hours of the exhibition possibly late in the day and then those who want to and have time to continue to exchange ideas can continue for drinks etc.

Some can check with the Vision Expo staff about providing such a meeting space.

Depending on the time I may be able to attend.

It is a great idea, with opportunities to learn more about the business.

Well, I just want to get together and have a few drinks and shoot the ****, I mean I don't really picture us having an Optiboard meeting complete with minutes! It doesn't have to be Hard Rock, but I would personally like to see alchohol involved!:cheers:

No objection to the alchohol, just the noise level and my personal time availablity. That was the reason for suggesting a room on site.

Everyone interested put in your available time slots and see what works for the largest number of us.
