Just wanted to get some input on the software programs you have experience with, the ones you like, the ones you hate and what you like and hate about them! I have worked with Eyecare Advantage in the past and one of the things that was aggravating about it was only one person could be in a patients account at a time and if someone was working on that account and walked away and forgot, you had to run all over the office checking to see who was in that persons account. We are looking for something we can use for all around purposes from insurance filing, entering eyeglass orders, tracking inventory, and reports of all sorts. Thanks in advance!
