I am wondering if anybody out there in Optiboard Land ever read the book A WALK IN THE WOODS by Bill Bryson. It is the funniest book I ever read. (Tear stains on my Pillow from Laughter) Any other Funniest books I ever read ideas out there?

Well,well,well,
If it isn't Mr. Night Train. You still owe me money and I intend to collect. So if you know what's best for you, pay up! :-) Just kidding.
I hear you know Mr. Pete? I had the chance to meet him in NAWLINS and we had a blast. You should have been there...er...well maybe not, hehe :-)
On to the subject of funny books. Anything by Patrick McMannus. The two I read were "Another Fine Misery" and "They Shoot Canoe's Don't they?" Funny stuff about his life growing up and the people he met along the way. If you get a chance I would recommend them to everyone. He's got several out but those are the only two I can think of since it's been several years since I've read them.
Another one that is both interesting and funny in spots is Harry Anderson's book "Games You Can't Lose."
Well that's all I can think of right now.
Take care and good to see you around here.
