We should really all make an effort to sign up to odigo, or ICQ, or something like that. Because it's really frustrating when you see a person's name on 'browsing the boards', and want to talk to them, but can't! So, what's public opinion on this? (One doesn't dare ask girlie opinion, for fear this thread will never be replied to again!)

Maria, Yahoo seems to be pretty popular now since you can get the Yahoo Messenger and talk (literally) to all different people. I have been enjoying talking to people all around the country. AOL is very popular also. Tell me what you think

I used to have yahoo messenger but apparently I had no friends!!LOL!! I can put it back on. I also have ICQ. I don't usually put it on while I am on here because my husband usually is the only one that talks on it. I have felt the same way as Maria like gosh I would really love to send a message and talk.

I have both ICQ and yahoo.... yahoo is ok if it's in a good mood that day. Somedays it really likes to boot you around. They both are fun ways to chat with people.

So, yahoo is coming out the most popular. How do you get that, and what does it do? (Exactly, I can guess the basics!). lso, are you continually annoyed by messages from Tunisia? (Odigio's worst feature)

Since it is a very boring Day After Thanksgiving at the office, I thought I would contribute a few useless crumbs to this thread ;)
Odigo has a feature that lets you talk to people using those "other" messenger programs...like AOL's instant messenger and ICQ users....I think they are working out a deal with Yahoo as we speak. That's why I like Odigo, I can talk cross-platform with all my fellow nerds...hehehehe. That being said AOL's Instant Messenger is BY FAR the easiest program of this type to use. I've tried them ALL...I promise you and Instant Messenger is the most user friendly.

Personally I run Odigo and AOLIM simultaneously because I'm a computer dork.

Maria,...you can always "ignore" messages from a particular person...just make sure it's not Me ;)

Do you have any idea how many Tunisians there are that message me?
Tell Darris the sauce is on it's way, but I have to go down to the post office to send it, as it's going to need proper packing so the glass doesn't break.
    How's my chilli doing?
