    "Near Variable Focus" bifocal lenses

A couple of questions about this catagory of lens (at least that's what VSP calls them). I have fit Gradal RD and the Technica in the past, and I see there are others, like maybe Sola Access. Any comments on comparing the various types of this category? Thanks.

I know that you're going to get this answer at least a dozen times. Go with the Shamir Office. We have had great success with it. I personally wear it and love it:)

Thanks. I see it comes in 4 powers; I assume that's the add, and it is prescribed and fit just like a standard progressive, so the add should be equivalent to the normal reading add?
