This is a must see apparently Netherlands Institute for Inovative Ocular Surgery has created a small jewel like piece of metal that is cut to a shape you would like then inserted into the conjunctiva.

I think this is a country that you can get dope from the menu in resturants. This probably created the market for this stuff. Even dumber than tattoos and body piercing (which reguardless of what you think is really stupid).
