    Favorite On-line Time Waster

    Moving off the highly charged subjects of politics, morality and the holidays I bring you a fill in the blank poll.

    Now that Optiboard is highly off topic for my profession I've come to look on it as a bit of a time waster (no offense intended). That makes me wonder what other people's favorite internet time wasters might be. Some of my non-optiboard time wasters include:

    * online comic strips (I'm down to 7 daily strips and a few weekly strips, yes, it's an addiction)
    * music web sites
    * wikipedia (I've spent hours researching the King Stephen-Empress Maud conflict in twelfth century England)

    How about you?

    I don't consider it a waste of time, but I'm on this kick where I listen to songs as I read the lyrics online. I love it.

    Oh wait, I play a hell of a lot of chess online, too.

    House plan sites.
    www.architecturaldesigns.com
    www.homeplans.com
    www.eplans.com
    (like those)

    I search different sites for features I would like and then I play with the ones that show up on my searchs, looking at the floor plans, changing walls, etc, planning what a room would look like with the furniture we have or what I'd really like to have. Its only a time waster because I can't get my husband interested in thinking about building right now! :hammer:

    I have 2 or 3 favorites that I have printed out thinking.....maybe someday!!!

    Thank goodness I'm learning while I'm on Optiboard.

    College Football websites waste too much of my time. I'm almost free...
