Thanks for the responses. I will look into ClipHouse and ECLIPS. Does anyone else have any other suggestions? or is it agreed that the 2 companies listed above are the best in the industry?

Cliphouse is very good. Sometimes there is a slow trunaround unless they have a pattern.

You can also try fantom clip which you can get thru most labs such as Three Rivers, Toledo Optical, Craskadden

I used ClipHouse for years. There is no one better. Their clips are better than most manufacturers clips. Turn around about 2 weeks but worth it.

    Do it yourself?

Are you edging your own lenses? If so you can look at the likes of Phantom Clips (Made in the Shade).

I did them my self as a same day service and walk in customers (non patients) would not bock at the $65 price tag.

I also have met and visited the E-Clips people in San Francisco (since they use nothing but our Santinelli edger’s) and have heard great things about them.

Unhappy We used to use the Clip House. . .

but ended up with alot of problems. We now use 1-800-Clipons and are much happier.

I hope you're all having fun and making money!! Happy Turkey Day to all!

We use OKO custom clips and have had nothing but wonderful results. They even custom powder coat to match the frame color on unusual frames. Do a great job on customs for drilled rimless too.

I use Eclip. They are pricey, but very nice. They include a case, a cleaning cloth, and they have a warranty.

OKO here also. They also can re-coat frames to whatever color you specify. My turnaround averages about 5 working days for frames or clips.

    Wave Customer Satisfaction

Use whatever makes you and your patients happy.

Don’t close your eyes to new possibilities.

Some frames look good with E-clips sand some look great with OKO-Custom Clips.

Focus on the number one goal------Customer Satisfaction.

    try Uni-Clip

Look up Uni-Clip.....www.uni-clip.com . There's a product review in this forum:

    http://www.optiboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16380

You can either glaze by yourself and finish in 10 min(absolute easiest clip - no drilling, no nylon, no glue) or send out to over 50 labs who can make them for you. Uni-Clip also stock over 20 lens types, polycarbonate, polarized, mirror and AR coated. Go to the website and you'll see the "LifeStyle" lenses, pretty cool multiple sales concept......

Uni-Clip will be exhibited at Vision Expo later this week at booth #1019, under Acuity Optical USA, Inc.
