Blocker does NOT detect the lens HELP

We just had a little problem with our new Eclipse from Gerber blocker.
It gives an error and says that it does not detect the lens!
It picks up the lens and brings it to the block but does not put it down.

We tried to run diagnostics and reboot it to no success.
Gerber is closed so I need your help!
    Thanks in advance
    Lenny

There is a sensor to detect if a block is in position - sounds like there is a bit of wax clogging it.

also check the vacuum on the arm suction cup, as a leak or pressure reduction will also trip this error

Sounds like your "Z" sensor needs to be replaced (left hand side right behind the driving belt).

Check solenoid air values as well (front left hand side). Make sure LED light is on when you press the botton under diagnostic menu.

    Work Around

The lens not detected error can be avoided if you disable the auto fill mode. Of course that means you have to go back to holding the fill button and releasing it when the block is filled, but it will get you up and running until you get the vacuum sensor working.
I believe the Auto Fill selection is on the second page of the Configuration screen.
